I stopped by the Vineyard’s weekend tasting and they had 3 nice cheeses on the nibble table. WOW, I had recently had the Heat from SweetGrass and it had some heat to it but the first cheese was Aged Cheddar with Chipotle and Habenero in it. It had a kick. Wish they had a super cab in the tasting to pair this one up with.
Also on the table was Triple Cream Brie and Manchego. All very good but I found pairing the Manchego with some of the wines a bit challenging. Maybe it was me. Wish I had time to find out who made these cheeses. They were good.
